Choosing Physical Activities

Exercise should be fun!

Think about some of the activities you do everyday at school, or with your friends.

What are your favorite activities?

Do you like sports, dancing, skateboarding or riding your bike?

Good activities to choose for getting exercise are:

  • Fun
  • Done with your friends
  • Something you are good at
  • Enjoyable

If you're looking for something fun to do with your friends, consider playing a physical activity.

Try several activities and try to get an hour of exercise everyday. Its fun, and it will make your body stronger!

An easy way to get exercise is by walking or riding your bike to school.

Check with your parents to see if its okay first, and always go with some friends.
